Making a payment 

 

We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal( please note, a paypal account is not required to pay by this option, click button to state you do not hold a paypal account and it will skip the loggin section). We charge for all the goods in UK sterling If you wish to pay in any other currency our debit/credit card company will convert the amount exactly into the exact amount. Shipping and returns

Whenever possible, we will get your goods off to you the next working day. We’ll even post out to you on the same day if we process your order before the postman comes. To be honest, it doesn’t happen often – but sometimes we might be able to surprise and impress you at the same time. As a general rule we’ll have your item(s) on the way within 3 to 5 working days.


Postage to the UK is free

For all countries OUTSIDE of the UK - please contact us for zone shipping rates at time of order. Please note - until we have confirmed postage costs your goods will not be shipped.


Returns Policy


We will comply with all legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods and the Distance selling regs. as set out by the D.T.I.


We inspect all goods prior to dispatch as we want you to be immediately satisfied with your purchase but if an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us and then return it to us within 7 days. We will either replace on a like for like basis if the item is still in stock or we will refund your payment in full minus postage costs

If you want to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, you MUST contact us within 7 days, and they must be as new and unused (ie in the condition you received them), with the full, complete retail packaging and with any labels still attached. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and safe return of the item to us. When these goods have been returned and checked to make sure they are in as sold condition then a refund will be given for the cost of the item only. We do not refund either your outbound postage or the cost of return to us for items that are undamaged/without fault.
